Dus blijf ik nog even oefenen omdat ik me niet comfortabel genoeg voel een recept met jullie te delen wat niet geheel naar mijn zin is. Deze donuts die ik gefotografeerd heb waren goed gelukt, maar dit zijn de enige van een hele grote batch. Dus ga ik binnenkort nogmaals aan de slag met een recept waar ik wel achter sta, en deze zal ik dan met plezier delen!

I get greedy from seeing doughnuts. Especially the ones with glaze and colors. But not all the doughnuts are tasty, some are too dry. When I started working with this recipe, I noticed that you can ruin them quickly. I wanted to make fried doughnuts because it seemed easier, but that wasn't case this time. If you're frying doughnuts in too cold or too hot oil and mess around like I did you'll ruin them completely. So. I would recommend to do it with a special deep fry pan. I used it in an ordinary pan with cooking oil but that made it difficult to maintain the temperature. If you lay the dough into the oil it cools down quickly, so I threw the fire up, causing it to burn from the outside. So I so screwed up a lot of dough. They came out to dry, undercooked or just not appetizing. A deep fryer itself regulates the temperature and will keep it on constantly.
So,, I'll keep on practicing. Because I did not feel comfortable enough to share this recipe with you, as it just wasn't as good as i wanted it to be. These douhgnuts I photographed were well managed, but these were the only ones out of a big batch. So I'm going to start again soon with a recipe that I can endorse, and that one will be my pleasure to share with you!
